Lennox H. Small has over 20 years of experience as a middle and high school teacher, Teacher Leader, Assistant Principal, and Principal.  Dr. Small currently serves as the district Supervisor of Humanities in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction in New Brunswick Public Schools. He is a passionate advocate for educational equity. He received his B.A. from Rutgers University and completed his doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mindy McCall is a Vice Principal at Woodrow Wilson School.  She has almost 25 years of Urban teaching experience that began in Baltimore City Schools.  As her husband moved through the corporate sector, she has taught almost every grade K-8 as special education teacher and a content specialist.  My current focus is supporting staff in navigating the remote learning platform while also building student independence.

Jessica Sudah is a Science Teacher at New Brunswick Public Schools and a parent whose children attend North Brunswick Public Schools. With a previous experience in clinical trials and research on quality of life, Mrs. Sudah chose a career in teaching by becoming a WW fellow with a focus on STEM education. Her current focus is on becoming part of a professional learning community that provides support to students, parents, and school members. Mrs. Sudah is passionate about mentoring and collective intelligence (collaboration) as forms of support especially in urban schools.

Brandi Gustafson is a 7th Grade teacher in the New Brunswick Public Schools. With over 20 years of experience in education as a K-12 teacher, curriculum writer, department leader, and presenter, Brandi currently leads the Youth in Action program at the NBMS and teaches the Youth Participatory Action Research Program at the GSE
