Kendell V. Ali is a district supervisor with the Woodbridge Township School District and is also pursuing a PhD from Rutgers University in Learning, Cognition, Instruction, and Development with a specialization in Mathematics Education. His interests include increasing engagement in the fields of STEM among traditionally underrepresented groups through both scholarship and work within K-12 school districts. With experiences as a middle school teacher of mathematics, district supervisor, and PhD student, translating research into action guides his work as both a practitioner and a doctoral student.
